Private Vineyard Tasting
A private tasting in a mystery vineyard location at Briar Ridge.
Fireside during Autumn & Winter.
Enjoy a glass of our Signature Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir on arrival, you will then be guided on an exclusive vineyard tour which will conclude with a Single Vineyard Wine Tasting of current and available museum release wines, accompanied by a cheese & antipasto platter from a private and mystery vineyard location. You’ll be taken care of by a dedicated team member for the duration of this exclusive tasting experience, who will be able to talk with you about all things Mount View, vineyards and wine.

Purchase a Hunter Valley Flight Ticket for $249pp or a Hunter Valley Flexi Ticket for $269pp and hop aboard one of our sunrise balloon flights over the beautiful Hunter Valley vineyards. Share the magic of a balloon flight with fellow balloonists, and then celebrate your exciting adventure with a delicious Champagne Breakfast at Peterson House Winery & Restaurant.
Both ticket options are valid for 12 months so in the unfortunate event that your flight is cancelled by unsuitable weather you have plenty of time to reschedule.

Clip-clop your way along the tree-lined back roads of Pokolbin in our unique old style covered Victorian carriage.
Your day includes visiting a selection of wineries, ranging from the smaller boutique style to the larger more commercial wineries. Maybe you would enjoy the flexibility of your own private carriage for a short ride with the family or perhaps a half or full day tailor-made itinerary. Wineries of your choice can easily be incorporated along the way, provided they are within clip-clop distance!
